Conical Tip Cutter

• Most popular cutter for plastic engraving
• Engraves text with a "vee" profile

 

End Mill Cutter

• Another popular cutter for plastic engraving
• Engraves text with a "vee" profile

Parallel Cutter

•  90 degree cut edge (no bevel)
• Cut out shapes in plastic
• *Metal processing requires and end cut end mill

Quarter Round Cutter

• Primarily for metal engraving
• Use lubricant to extend cutter life

Radius Cutter

• Popular for reverse engraving and cutter filling to imitate neon
• Engraves text with a rounded bottom profile instead of a "vee"

Combination Cutter

• Provides a 45 and 90 degree cut angle
• Primarily cutting name badges & signs
• Provides bevel & strong material edge
